Alin L. Rosca Esq

Alin Rosca is an attorney and an active member of the Romanian community in Ohio.  He received his Juris Doctor degree summa cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and holds an MBA degree in international business from Baldwin-Wallace College.

He sits on the board of the Friends of the Romanian Cultural Garden, in Cleveland and is a member of the St. Mary’s Romanian Orthodox Church in Cleveland.

Please note: Mr. Rosca is an honorary consul, not a consular officer, and has no ability to conduct any consular proceedings or prepare consular documents. Ohio residents who need various consular documents should contact the Consulate of Romania within the Romanian Embassy in Washington, DC.

Ingrid Vatamanu, Advisor to Honorary Consul General

Ingrid Vatamanu, born in Galați, Romania, is a third year student at Barnard College of Columbia University. She is majoring in Political Science, specifically concentrating on International Relations, and French. She works in the Barnard Political Science Department, holds the Public Relations Chair position in the Columbia Rotaract Club, and is an Ambassador for the visiting international students at Barnard. In the past, she has lived in France for a year and a half, completing a year of her high school education in Lille and a semester in Paris studying at the Sorbonne. 

Ovidiu Breahna, Advisor to Honorary Consul General

Ovidiu Breahna, born and raised in Romania, is a third year student at John Carroll University studying Biology and Spanish. Ovidiu is an active member of the Spanish organization that he founded as a sophomore. Last summer, he participated in a summer study abroad program in Madrid, Spain, where he studied at Comillas Pontifical University. In his free time, Ovidiu volunteers at his local hospital and works as a tutor in Biology, Chemistry, and Spanish.
